Graduates of the Institute of Integrative Coaching at JFK University, both Lissa & Randy obtained the advanced professional designation of Master Life Coach. In addition, Lissa achieved both Master Teleclass Leader and Master Workshop Leader certifications, and Randy served as Lead Staff Coach with the Institute through 2004. Lissa has served as broadcast radio correspondent - and occasional substitute host - for CKDO’s Small Business Big Ideas Show, where she offers tips and tools to entrepreneurs committed to making meaning as well as money. In the process she has interviewed such notables as Jack Canfield, Dr. Lance Secretan, Daniel Pink, Stewart Emery, Mark Thompson, Marci Schimoff, Debbie Ford, Byron Katie, Dan Millman and numerous others.

Randy is dad to 4 adult children and grand-dad to three. Lissa is step-friend to all, including Randy’s first wife. Currently authoring their first book, they share their home on the sunny, south-eastern shores of Lake Huron with Pongo the Spotted Fire Dog.

We help you integrate what your soul wants with what your personality needs, marrying the two so they can conceive the life that will fulfill you, make you the wildest kind of happy AND contribute to the world as you were meant to.

We Focus Less on Results and More on WHY You Want Them
While we want to help you create results you’re truly and sustainably happy with, we will never coach you into creating results just for the sake of results themselves. We’re much more concerned with your True Callings, and will share what we know about the POWER of passive action: the creative process at work behind the scenes that most people know nothing about. When you think you’re ’stuck’, we know that in that stillness you’re actually very busy re-aligning things on the inside so that things will line up for you on the outside.

So possible, in fact, we’ve been able to map the progressive, and predictable, nature and process of True Callings themselves. We want to introduce you to as many diverse examples of True Callings as possible, so you won’t be hearing just from us. We’ll invite passionate teachers who have real life experience following their True Callings, people who are happy for us to use their lives as opportunities to learn. These real, clear, honest, revealing True Callings models are our neighbours-turned-heroes, everyday people leading inspiring - and uncommon - lives.

And soon - very soon - YOU, dear friends, as the True Callings Tribe, will have the opportunity to come together to share your lives and your stories. You’ll no longer be alone with your thoughts and feelings, no longer alone in finding your way. The Tribe will foster new creative thinking, spark insightful conversation and inspire action, and generally give you a place to rest, refresh, recharge and restore yourself.
